AUSCHWITZ – the largest of the Nazi concentration camps during World War II. It has been the largest ‘death’ factory in the history of humanity and a silent witness to human tragedy. Auschwitz consisted of several units, including the largest one in Brzezinka (Birkenau). Out of the millions of people brought there between 1940-1944, at the time of liberation of the Camp only 60 to 70 thousand utterly emaciated victims were alive.
WADOWICE – En route stop in Wadowice, a birthplace of Pope John Paul II. Visit the house where Pope was born and the church where he was attending as a child. Continue for Cracow. Evening arrival in Cracow.

In the morning three hours city tour of Cracow including not-missed important places and monuments in the town: Old Town Market Square, one of the biggest squares in Europe with St. Mary's Church famous of Gothic wooden altar designed by Witt Stwosz, the Town Hall Tower, the Renaissance Cloth Hall (Sukiennice), the Collegium Maius – the oldest part of the Jagiellonian University with the charming Gothic courtyard. Wawel Hill with the royal castle - former residence of Kings and Princes of Poland and the Wawel Cathedral used to be the site of royal ceremonies and resting place of Kings of Poland. The Renaissance Sigismond Chapel, roofed with pure gold, is an absolutely unique architectural monument.
Afternoon Kazimierz District tour. In the past, Kazimierz was a distinct town with its own Market Square and Town Hall, as well as thriving culture, which blossomed in the 16th century.Enjoy a Jewish style inner Accompanied traditional Jewish music in the restaurant in the old district of by Kazimierz.

WIELICZKA SALT MINE – the oldest salt mine in Europe, an impressive underground world of salt lakes, chambers, galleries and the unique Salt Works Museum created by many generations of Polish miners. The underground tourist route passes through galleries and chambers on three levels, with 17th and 19th century chapels and unique natural caves.
